HR –>MBA Degree with specialization in HR /Personnel Management OR PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Labour Welfare (OR) Master in Social Works with specialization in HR /Personnel Management. Minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA / CPI.
